Tutorial: Search (Query) by Example Locally

1. Home > Query by Example.
2. Select template from which to create a query.
3. Select fields from template for query.
4. Select fields and values for query.
5. Select repositories from which to search (here, just select the Local repository).
6. Submit the query.
7. View the results.
8. Expand a given record in the results.
9. Select one or more records in the resultset.
10. Download the record.
11. Select one or more formats in which the record should be saved.

   NOTE:

   • Notice how records are associated with both the template (and template version) used to create them.

9. Select one or more records in the resultset.

   

10. Download the record.

    

11. Select one or more formats in which the record should be saved.

    

    

    NOTES:

    • To create more complex query by example queries (i.e., nested queries), one can save specific queries and then reuse them in other queries.
