Tutorial: Search (Query) by Keyword Locally - Retrieve All Records

1. Click Query by Keyword menuitem on top menu.
2. Click Local (to search local repository).
3. Click Search (with no search string) to retrieve all records.
   • NOTE: Notice that, for user (as user is a non-admin user), it only brings back records that user can see (in this case, record d1).
4. If desired, a user can expand the returned record (d1).
   • NOTE: This allows user to see its content.
5. User can select a given record and opt to download it.
   • NOTES:
     • Here, we just selected to download as a json file format.
     • Sometimes, it appears that our current configuration may not be properly/fully supporting results file downloads (as no file appeared to download when we did this).
     • So, we might need to reconfigure the app and return to download a record.
     • When file downloads/exporting is configured and working, by default we have several options for downloading formats. The default options include: JSON, XML, and BLOB.
     • We just tried selecting all of those and downloading them. However, nothing seemed to download.

3. Observe all records returned from the local repository.

   

   NOTES:
