Tutorial: Create a New Record Using a Template

1. Go to curator.
2. Select template.
3. Create new form.
4. View created form from template.
5. Input data into template-created form.
6. Save form.
7. Dialog: Sure to save form?
8. Validate form.
9. Proceed to review.
10. Save final record to repository.
11. See confirmation message that record was successfully saved to repository.
