Tutorial: Access Uploaded Template

1. Login non-admin user.
2. Go to the curator.
3. See what templates are available to the curator.

4. Observe, based on the icons, which templates are considered a global-template vs not.

   NOTE:

   • Each global-template (i.e., a template that has been administratively uploaded) has a more complex icon/symbol next to it.
